How can I be assured of the accuracy of my FuturePace reports?
We want to ensure you are confident in the methodology and are comfortable explaining the results of your FuturePace reports to your hotel stakeholders. Pace reporting and how pace targets are calculated should not be a mystery. Our relationship with Dr. George Fenich, “father of the TAP report” gave the Simpleview business intelligence team the opportunity to fully understand the current methodologies, identify inherent flaws, and make improvements to the mathematical equations with Dr. Fenich’s guidance and blessing. We have improved the accuracy of pace targets by making use of complete datasets, capturing recent changes in meeting planning cycles, and attributing room nights to the proper months, to name a few. FuturePace subscribers will be trained to communicate the enhancements to the methodologies.
How long will I need to wait for my monthly FuturePace report?
Unlike a monthly static snapshot from other pace reports, FuturePace is a tool offering 24/7/365 access to dynamic data, updated daily. If you have Simpleview CRM, integration is a built-in feature of FuturePace. You also have immediate entrance to drill-down information, intended to help you more fully understand variances and the specific event data behind definite and tentative values.If you do not have Simpleview CRM, we will be developing an API to give you access to all FuturePace features.
Who do I go to for support for FuturePace?
FuturePace is a collaborative effort between 2Synergize and Simpleview. 2Synergize is the consulting arm to Simpleview and brings a broader view of CVB sales strategy to the Simpleview business intelligence team. Suzzanne Ravitz, Business Analyst, 2Synergize will be the first point of contact to support FuturePace subscribers with set-up, education, and for general question and answers. Suzzanne will have a direct line to Simpleview business intelligence development team for second tier level of support. In addition, Shimo and the 2Synergize team of consultants will be available for sales strategy consulting and presentation services. How was FuturePace designed and did CVBs give feedback during development?
Future Pace was designed by the Simpleview business intelligence team with extensive feedback from CVBs obtained through the Simpleview Sales Innovation Round Table, five comprehensive development workshops, and beta testing with over fifteen CVBs.
